To accommodate the dinner needs of the rehearsal participants and their family and friends, we have an open-air dining area with a large table for up to 100 people for dinner. Strung clear white rustic lighting over white table cloth tables. We love to put a joint dessert table so both families can bring a few of their precious family dessert delights to the dinner to share and bring families together.

Our open-air stone chapel accommodates a wide variety of ceremonial occasions for our clients. Its located on a hill at 787 ft. elevation, to give you a nice view to the south of several mountains.

Our model is a sailcloth tent on manicured green grass with a stage for the band off to the side and a dance floor in front of the stage. Round tables for dining dispersed evenly under tent. Room for 3 bars on perimeter.

For those parties whom are staying the weekend, a memorable experience is having brunch at the same table as he rehearsal dinner on Sunday morning, complete with breakfast buffet and a full service experience when everyone is wiped out.

Our music program is headed by Mark, with The Ashby Grove. Mark is a longtime vocal and guitar musician who has roots in Cape Cod and is well-known locally. He not only is impressive himself, but brings a large group of musicians with him who can play instruments across the spectrum. We will craft a band, songs and bring years of experience with us to your party. We couple our Master of Ceremony (MC) services with our music program, as our great MC is also in the band.

Upon entering The Ashby Grove, your guests will be greeted by a neatly dressed security guard who will help the guest register, park and give them information on navigating the farm and how to contact either the host or the farm in the event of a need.

We are in the process of building our Pupplyland, where you can play with all of our puppies on artificial turf. We can timeblock for certain groups in your party or just have open playtime where your guest can come and go from our Puppyland.

The Ashby Grove has partnered with Keith with Mainely Drafts to provide our horse and buggy services. Keith is local, family owned, highly experienced and owns various carriages for a unique 4-hour experience that properly commemorates a fine occasion.

One of our farming practices is growing Christmas trees. We would like to begin growing some, but what better way than having our hosts help us ! Included with every group reservation is a ticket to select a spot on our farm to plant your dwarf christmas tree and see it grow each year into a full size tree, then cut it down at maturity and celebrate a holiday with it ! For Free !

Adjacent to our open-air stone chapel, we have Putting in the Clouds, a small manicured golf putting green that is also under construction to help occupy our hosts while they stand around waiting for folks to arrive. We supply the clubs, balls and putting green, you can play in those fancy shoes you have on too.
